Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Manager of Prospect Development to design data-driven strategies for identifying and qualifying major gift prospects. You will oversee portfolio management, prospect research, and moves management to build a healthy pipeline and informed fundraising strategy for the Dallas Foundation.

You will guide staff with accurate insights, advise development officers, and ensure data integrity across donor records in support of annual and long-term fundraising goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years in development research or prospect management.
• Adherence to industry ethics (HIPAA/APRA/AFP/AHP) and donor confidentiality.
• Familiarity with relational databases and reporting tools.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge or a similar fundraising CRM.
• Knowledge of wealth analysis and nonprofit fundraising trends.

Responsibilities

• Assist portfolio cultivation and moves management to optimize donor engagement.
• Proactively identify major, annual, and planned gift prospects for the foundation.
• Prepare profiles, snapshots, and briefs covering donor information.
• Coordinate team workflow, set priorities, and monitor weekly workload.
• Ensure data collection and integrity in donor databases and records.
• Provide reporting, data, and mailing lists to support fundraising activities.
