Baylor Scott & White Health Irving Foundation is seeking a mission-driven Development Officer for Annual Giving & Donor Engagement. The role focuses on growing philanthropic support through annual campaigns, donor stewardship, and grant development, while collaborating with Foundation leadership and system-wide teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in fundraising, annual giving, donor engagement, or related roles.
• Experience with grant proposals and donor stewardship preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual giving program strategy, planning, and execution.
• Cultivate and steward donors; expand the donor pipeline.
• Manage and grow planned giving and grateful patient initiatives.
• Identify grant opportunities and support grant proposals as needed.
• Collaborate with Foundation leadership and system-wide fundraising teams to maximize impact.
• Analyze campaign performance and donor engagement trends to improve outcomes.
• Develop and report fundraising metrics and progress toward annual goals.
