Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks an experienced ProServe Area Delivery Leader to drive delivery activities for the Area SDT, coaching DPMs and teams to deliver best-in-class solutions. You will manage Area P&L, optimize growth, engage with customers and partners, and align with ProServe Account Executives to shape customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IaaS cloud computing transition challenges.
• Experience leading managers with large teams and P&L responsibility.
• 10+ years of professional experience including security domain.
• Hands-on security in multiple domains such as Cloud/Sec/Identity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Area Shared Delivery Team and DPMs.
• Ensure delivery of best-in-class solutions and CSAT targets.
• Drive business development, portfolio guidance, and oversight.
