Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a seasoned ProServe Area Delivery Leader to drive the Shared Delivery Team across the Area, coaching Delivery Practice Managers and ensuring top-tier customer outcomes. You will collaborate with account executives to define business outcomes and oversee the Area P&L, aligning teams with customer needs.

You’ll engage with executives, drive portfolio guidance, and lead delivery excellence while maintaining high CSAT and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IaaS cloud transitions.
• Leadership of managers with 50+ team and P&L responsibility.
• 10+ years overall, 5+ years as security contributor.
• Hands-on security across multiple domains (sec SDLC, IAM, network, data, incident).
• Experience with enterprise security solutions (DLP, WAF, SIEM).

Responsibilities

• Lead Area Shared Delivery Team and DPMs to ensure deliverable quality.
• Ensure best-in-class solutions for customers and partners and CSAT targets.
• Drive business development and provide portfolio guidance.
• Collaborate with ProServe Account Executives to define outcomes.
• Manage Area P&L, optimize growth, utilization, and performance.
• Serve as escalation point for Sales and Delivery teams across projects.
