Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Delivery Practice Manager to lead the ProServe Shared Delivery Team and oversee Delivery Consultants delivering enterprise cloud solutions. The role partners with directors, AGS, and ProServe teams to ensure outcomes, build trust, and drive engagement delivery across customer engagements.

You will translate technical concepts into business value, manage teams, and influence portfolio guidance, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project delivery

Qualifications

• Experience in project management including resource planning, schedules, status reporting, and task prioritization.
• Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive change.
• Sales and negotiation skills for opportunity capture and proposal development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain C-level relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-performing team of Delivery Consultants.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy solutions and inform new features.
• Develop and oversee innovative IT strategies for customers.
• Manage practice P&L and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of engagements.
