Job summary

Voyager Technologies seeks a Level V Modeling, Simulation, and Controls Engineer to lead advanced modeling and control efforts across propulsion and aerospace programs. You will develop system architectures, validate algorithms, and mentor engineers.

The role requires deep expertise in solid rocket motor performance, state-space and modern control methods, and experience with DoD programs. You’ll work across GNC, software, and systems teams and interface with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in systems or aerospace engineering required.
• 10–15 years of aerospace/defense modeling and control experience.
• DoD/government program experience preferred; active clearance desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-fidelity propulsion and control system modeling.
• Develop simulation architectures for design, verification, and validation.
• Mentor junior engineers and review models and tests.
• Interface with DoD customers and manage requirements.
