Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
- 6+ years gas turbine experience or equivalent R&D in tech/manufacturing.
- Strong background in materials, electronics, sensors, or controls.
- Proven technical leadership and project management capability.
- Experience working in collaborative engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead propulsion technology concept development and system integration.
- Guide bench-level to engine-level testing for TRA6 maturation.
- Coordinate design reviews and ensure regulatory and quality compliance.
- Develop novel methods to evaluate new materials and processes.
- Identify opportunities to adopt advanced manufacturing in new concepts.
- Mentor engineers and lead cross-functional teams to project milestones.
