Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Lead Project Engineer - Turboshaft Engines in Phoenix, AZ, on a hybrid schedule. You will manage engineering projects, define scope and deliverables, and drive execution with cross-functional teams to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.

The role requires leading design, development, testing and in-service activities, while maintaining strong customer focus and continuous improvement across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (STEM).
• 8+ years of engineering experience in gas turbine engines or similar complex systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, test and in-service support activity, on schedule and within budget.
• Serve as the single point engineering leader for the assigned scope and lead a cross-functional team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and balance resource constraints while guiding team progress.
• Lead trade studies, RCCA activities, and communicate project status to internal and external customers.
