You will provide technical leadership, develop design concepts, and guide RCCA investigations while mentoring other engineers and communicating findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience or related work.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for all Electric Power Generation products and systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Provide design guidance for cooling, bearings, and oil flow.
• Review customer specs and contribute to compliance matrices.
• Coordinate manufacturing drawings and changes for product improvements.
• Mentor engineers and develop training plans within the group.
• Maintain knowledge of industry standards and emerging design techniques.
• Travel as required to support field, customer interface, or supplier engagement.
