Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix seeks an experienced Senior Director, Offering Leader for Military Fixed Wing Propulsion Engines. You will set product strategy, drive NPI and BTI, lead cross-functional teams, and manage profit and loss for new programs.

You will collaborate with Engineering, ISC, and Marketing to translate VOC into market-ready solutions while ensuring timely execution and alignment with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management and leadership experience.
• 2+ years of P&L accountability and knowledge of key financial documents.
• Experience developing long-range strategic business plans and annual operating plans.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; aerospace knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support VP/GM in developing STRAP and AOP for the Military Fixed Wing Engine business.
• Drive growth for NPI and BTI programs from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate on offering development using Z21 methodologies to build business cases.
• Lead strategic Risk Share and investment partnerships with Sourcing.
• Develop non-traditional partners and supply chain solutions for cost and scale.
• Align product roadmap with Advanced Technology, Engineering, and Integrated Supply Chain.
• Work with Strategic Marketing on market trends and implications.
• Provide input on M&A and VC strategies for the business.
