Job summary

Boom Supersonic is seeking a Senior BDR to own the top of the funnel, prospecting property managers, operators, and ownership groups. You will craft outbound strategies with the AE and Marketing teams, build target accounts, and drive early momentum to a clean handoff.

You will mentor teammates as the BDR team grows, handle inbound qualification, and represent Boom’s outbound and talent development pipeline.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS with outbound ownership.
• Proven track record of meeting or beating a meetings-set quota with measurable results.
• Strong phone skills and comfort with making demos.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting to property managers and ownership groups via calls, email, LinkedIn, and events.
• Own monthly qualified-meeting numbers and activity metrics.
• Collaborate with AEs and Marketing to target SFR, MFH, and Multifamily accounts.
