You will partner with sales, marketing and technical teams to craft compelling responses, manage budgets, maintain templates, analyze outcomes, and drive continuous improvement across future proposals.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the entire proposal process, identifying opportunities, developing a proposal plan, coordinating with team members, and submitting the final proposal to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Develops a proposal strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives and addresses the specific needs of individual clients.
• Leads proposal development processes, working with cross-functional teams to ensure the creation of high-quality proposals.
• Ensures that the proposal meets all the requirements specified in the request for proposal (RFP) and complies with any guidelines or regulations set by the requesting organization.
• Manages proposal budgets, ensuring that proposals are developed within the defined budget constraints.
• Collaborates with cross-functional departments, such as sales, marketing, technical teams, and management, to gather the information needed for the proposal and to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive response.
• Develops and maintains proposal templates to drive quality and consistency in current and future proposals.
• Manages proposal content, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to the client's needs.
• Conducts post-proposal analysis to evaluate the success of proposals and identify improvement areas that should be addressed for future proposals.
