Job summary

Siemens Energy in Orlando, FL seeks a Senior Marketing Specialist to drive sales estimates, presentations, and technical proposals for Open Market and LTSA customers. You will coordinate bid packages, review costs, and support pricing with Operations and Sales teams.

Ideal candidates bring engineering background with 10+ years, strong communication skills, and fluency in Spanish and English. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 10+ years of experience in GP/SPG products and services for Siemens Energy.
• Strong ability to develop technical scope and train others on product applications.
• Customer-facing experience in technical presentations, incl. RLA customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Integrate multiple product lines into consolidated proposals meeting technical, commercial, and contractual requirements.
• Review labor, material, and equipment costs; support pricing and verify subcontractor costs.
• Liaise with clients to understand market conditions, needs, and competitors across RLA region.
• Perform site walk-downs with Sales/Operations/PMs to determine client needs and ensure requirements.
• Support project closure turnover meetings and share guidelines to add value.
• Maintain technical knowledge of products and educate others on applications.
