Job summary

Hausmann Construction is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with 5+ years of experience to join our Omaha office. You will develop and manage quality proposals and presentations in a deadline-driven environment, collaborating with the Marketing Team to support client-focused communications.

The ideal candidate will bring AEC industry experience, strong graphic design skills, and proficiency in Adobe InDesign and MS Office.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience developing proposals for an A/E/C firm or related field.
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
Understanding of proposal and presentation best practices and tools.
Excellent graphic design, proofreading, communication, and organization skills.
Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and MS Office Suite; knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop preferred.
Knowledge of the A/E/C industry and ability to think creatively.
Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.
Ability to take initiative and move projects forward with limited direction.
Willingness to travel long distances to deliver proposals.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate development of proposals, SOQs, and pre-qualifications per RFP/RFQ requirements.
Write, proofread, and edit marketing collateral, presentations, and interview materials.
Lead final publishing, packaging, and delivery of proposals.
Update proposal templates and project sheets and ensure data is stored and searchable.
Collaborate with project managers, staff, and marketing across the firm to gather content.
Work within a CRM system.
Other related marketing duties as needed.
