AIRO Group is seeking a Senior Proposal & Contracts Manager to own the full contract lifecycle across DoD, NATO, and commercial opportunities. You will lead bid reviews, ensure compliance, and collaborate with Program Management, Sales, and Legal to deliver winning proposals.

Based in McLean, VA, this senior IC role requires deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS, OTAs, SBIR/STTR, and international procurement. You will develop templates, playbooks, and a scalable contracts function, with a path to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years federal/defense contracts experience.
Active U.S. security clearance (Secret required; TS preferred) and U.S. Person status.

Responsibilities

Lead solicitation review for RFPs, RFIs, and OTAs and manage compliant proposal submissions.
Negotiate complex contracts and advise executives on terms and risk.
Administer active contract portfolio and deliver contract briefs to leadership.
Develop and scale contracts policies, templates, and playbooks.
Coordinate with Sales, BD, and Program Management to shape capture strategy.
