Qualifications

• Knowledge of contract administration principles and standards.
• Familiarity with FAR and government contract regulations.
• Experience with OTA (Other Transaction Authority) agreements.
• Strong proposal writing and editing skills.
• Ability to communicate contract requirements clearly to diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with customer contacts and prime contractor counterparts; engage senior contract support as needed.
• Prepare clear contract documents and internal communications; present information professionally to stakeholders.
• Support proposals across contract types; ensure compliance, timeliness, and strong response quality.
• Track deliverable schedules and drive internal teams to complete required deliverables on time.
• Review documents for policy compliance and escalate issues requiring senior review.
• Assist OCI plan administration and monitor NDAs; address OCI concerns in SETA contexts.
• Stay informed on regulatory developments affecting contract administration and compliance obligations.
• Educate teams on contract requirements, deadlines, and compliance across programs.
