Qualifications

• Extensive OTA program and prototype project experience.
• Deep understanding of contract administration and pricing data.
• Experience negotiating with government customers.
• Ability to analyze complex contractual documents and advise leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary strategic interface with customer contacts and senior stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations with a solutions-oriented mindset while protecting company interests.
• Provide counsel on OTAs, CSOs, BAAs, and prototype project proposals.
• Develop OCI mitigation strategies and OCI mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with NTDCs for teaming and partnerships.
