Job summary

The Proposal Specialist at MYR Group Inc. collaborates with Marketing and Business Development to produce high-quality pre-qualification submittals, proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral for districts across the United States and western Canada.

The role requires attention to detail, excellent writing and editing skills, and the ability to manage multiple proposals in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with subject-matter experts and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant experience in proposals or marketing content.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong editing, writing, and proofreading abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of proposals (RFPs) and SOQs with cross-functional teams.
• Write, proofread, and edit proposal content including letters and resumes.
• Coordinate kickoff calls, outlines, components, and deadlines.
• Support submittals, printing, and production when needed.
• Develop and update presentations, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Archive information to keep databases accurate.
