Job summary

Thomson Reuters Special Services LLC seeks a Senior Proposal Manager & Writer to lead the development of compliant, compelling responses to government and commercial solicitations. You will manage the full proposal lifecycle, coordinating with sales, product, legal, finance, security, and SMEs to produce winning content.

You will author executive summaries, win themes, and technical narratives, guiding responses from pre-RFP through BAFO and award while ensuring schedule, quality, and on-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in journalism, communications, marketing, technical communications, business, or a related field.
• At least five years of proposal management experience, including responses to formal government solicitations.
• Exceptional professional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a proven ability to produce persuasive, compliant content.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFPs, RFIs, questionnaires, and other formal requests from federal government and commercial customers.
• Lead bid discussions and coordinate cross-functional contributors to keep milestones on track.
• Own the proposal schedule, assign items, and ensure on-time delivery and compliance.
• Serve as lead writer, drafting and editing clear, persuasive content aligned with evaluation criteria.
• Maintain a consistent voice and quality standard across proposal sections.
