Job summary

Korsmo Construction is seeking a senior proposal specialist to join our Business Development and Marketing team in the Pacific Northwest. You will lead pursuit strategies, craft qualifications, and oversee content, infographics, and presentations for complex bids.

Ideal candidates bring capture-planning experience, strong writing skills, and attention to detail to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver compelling proposals and brand-aligned materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or related focus.
• 4+ years of experience in A/E/C marketing and communications.
• Demonstrated experience in managing pursuits and proposal development.
• Meticulous attention to detail and compliance with deliverable requirements.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and MS Office applications.
• Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Photography and video editing capabilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage pursuit process from kickoff through final selection.
• Prepare effective statements of qualifications and proposal documents.
• Coach pursuit teams through interview process.
• Technical writing and editing.
