SciTec Incorporated is a defense contractor headquartered in Herndon, VA, seeking a Senior Program Development Manager. You will identify and advance opportunities, lead proposal efforts, and oversee capture strategies within strategic campaigns, collaborating with technical teams and corporate operations.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, 20+ years in technical program management, and active DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, or computer science.
• Active DoD SECRET clearance or higher.
• Experience in technical program management for US Government customers (20+ years).
• Experience leading capture plans and technical proposals (> $50M).

Responsabilités

• Identify, capture, and maintain program opportunity pipelines within Strategic Campaigns.
• Lead proposal efforts as Proposal Manager with cross-functional teams.
• Develop proposal content, schedules, budgets, and compliance materials.
• Develop teaming strategies and subcontract RFPs.
• Advise leadership on status and progress of pipelines.
