Responsibilities

• Identify, capture, and maintain program opportunity pipelines within Strategic Campaigns.
• Lead proposal and capture efforts, including development of content and reviews.
• Develop teaming strategies and subcontract RFPs; manage proposal schedules and budgets.
• Brief leadership on pipeline status and initiatives; support pre-award activities.
