SciTec Incorporated in Huntsville, Alabama, seeks a Senior Program Development Manager to drive strategic program opportunities, lead proposal efforts, and guide technical and professional teams toward winning bids. This role emphasizes DoD program experience, clear communication, and leadership across cross-functional groups.

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree and have 20+ years in government/aerospace program development, with active DoD SECRET clearance or higher preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• 20+ years of U.S. Government or aerospace industry experience in business development or technical program management.
• Leading capture and proposal development efforts, including large-scale proposals.
• Strong writing skills to articulate technical and managerial solutions.
• Ability to interact with customers, teammates, and senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Identify, capture, and maintain program opportunity pipelines and roadmaps within assigned Strategic Campaigns.
• Lead assigned opportunities through a gated milestone process, leading to a proposal development effort or a no-bid decision.
• Lead proposal efforts as Proposal Manager and manage content development with the technical team and contracts/finance/security teams.
• Develop and track proposal schedules, budgets, and support other proposal efforts for timely content delivery.
• Develop teaming strategies and subcontract RFPs; articulate SciTec’s capabilities to customers and industry partners.
• Brief corporate leadership on pipeline status and initiatives; support pre-award activities and standup activities for new programs.
