SciTec Incorporated in Boulder, Colorado, is seeking a Senior Program Development Manager (PDM) with a technical background to identify, pursue, and capture new U.S. government opportunities.

This hybrid role reports to the Executive Director of Program Development and involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop proposals within Strategic Campaigns. Candidates should have 15+ years in capture and the DoD/IC space, 20+ years in technical program management, a Master's degree in

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, or computer science.
• Active DoD SECRET clearance or higher.
• 20+ years in technical program management roles in DoD/IC environment.
• Experience leading capture plans and technical proposals (> $50M).

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain program opportunity pipelines within Strategic Campaigns.
• Lead proposals as Proposal Manager and coordinate content with teams and contracts/finance.
• Develop and track proposal schedules and budgets; ensure timely delivery of content.
• Develop marketing materials and articulate SciTec's capabilities to customers and partners.
• Brief leadership on status of pipeline, initiatives, and progress.
