SciTec, a Firefly Aerospace Company, in Boulder, Colorado, seeks a Program Development Manager with a strong technical background to drive new business and capture efforts for DoD and IC opportunities.

The PDM will lead proposals, manage milestones and budgets, and develop teaming strategies while coordinating with contracts, finance, and security teams. U.S. citizenship and an active DoD clearance are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, or computer science.
• 12+ years in US Government or aerospace program management roles.
• 10+ years in capture planning and technical proposals for DoD/IC.
• Experience leading capture and proposal development for >$10M.
• Strong writing skills to articulate technical and managerial solutions.
• Ability to interact with customers, teammates, and senior leadership.
• Active DoD SECRET clearance or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, capture, and maintain program opportunity pipelines within Strategic Campaigns.
• Lead opportunities through gated milestones, proposals, or no-bid decisions.
• Lead proposal efforts as Proposal Manager and develop content with technical teams and internal orgs.
• Develop and track proposal schedules, budgets, and deliver content on time.
• Develop teaming strategies, teaming agreements, and subcontract RFPs.
• Develop marketing materials to articulate SciTec’s capabilities to customers.
• Brief leadership on status of new business pipeline and initiatives.
• Support pre-award activities including addressing customer questions and BAFO.
