KBR's Exploration & Logistics division is seeking a highly organized Senior Proposal Manager to lead the end-to-end proposal development process, ensure timely submission of high-quality, compliant proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex information into compelling content.

This role reports to the Business Development group and offers the opportunity to shape winning strategies across DoD, NASA and federal programs, with a compensation range of $165k–$200k

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, from initial RFP analysis to submission.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts, writers, and contributors to gather necessary information for proposal content.
• Provide leadership and direction to managers or professional staff.
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Identify and allocate resources effectively to meet proposal requirements.
• Write, edit, and review proposal content for clarity, consistency, and compliance with client requirements.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to translate complex information into compelling proposals.
• Conduct thorough reviews to ensure proposals meet the highest quality standards.
• Implement best practices in proposal development to enhance overall quality and competitiveness.
• Interact with BD and Operations personnel to clarify requirements and address queries during the proposal development process.
• Foster positive relationships across teams through professional and effective communication.
• Contribute to maintaining a repository of proposal content, templates, and reusable materials to streamline future proposal development.
