Job summary

KBR's Exploration & Logistics division is seeking a highly organized Proposal Manager to lead proposal development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver compliant, compelling proposals for government and commercial clients. The role emphasizes end-to-end management, coordination with SMEs, and strong writing/editing capabilities.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of proven experience in proposal management, business development, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end proposal development process from initial RFP analysis to submission.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts, writers, and contributors to gather necessary information.
• Provide leadership and direction to managers or professional staff.
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Identify and allocate resources effectively to meet proposal requirements.
• Write, edit, and review proposal content for clarity, compliance, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to translate complex information into compelling proposals.
• Conduct thorough reviews to ensure proposals meet the highest quality standards.
