Job summary

KBR is seeking a highly organized Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end proposal development, ensuring timely, high-quality and compliant submissions. You will coordinate with subject matter experts, writers, and cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and craft compelling narratives that showcase our capabilities and successes.

Responsibilities include content development, quality assurance, and collaboration with Business Development and Operations to deliver competitive proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end proposal development process from RFP analysis to submission.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts, writers, and contributors to gather information.
• Provide leadership and direction to managers and staff.
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules with deadlines.
• Identify and allocate resources to meet requirements.
• Write, edit and review proposal content for clarity and compliance.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to translate complex information.
• Conduct thorough reviews to ensure high quality and competitiveness.
• Engage with BD and Operations to clarify requirements and address queries.
• Contribute to maintaining a repository of proposal content and templates.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
