Job summary

KBR's Exploration & Logistics division seeks a Senior Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end proposal development, ensuring timely, compliant submissions and compelling narratives that showcase our capabilities. This position supports the spin-off of KBR's Mission Technology Solutions into Trinzic, with transition for eligible staff.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, writers and business development to craft content, manage schedules, conduct reviews, and drive high-quality

Qualifications

• 12+ years of proven experience in proposal management.
• 3+ years in management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and proposal tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end proposal development process from start to submission.
• Coordinate with SMEs, writers, and contributors to gather content.
• Provide leadership and direction to managers or professional staff.
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules with deadlines.
• Write, edit, and review content for clarity and compliance.
• Conduct thorough reviews to ensure high quality and competitiveness.
• Engage with BD and Operations to address requirements and questions.
• Maintain a repository of proposal content and reusable materials.
