Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the Proposal Center staff and oversee development of government and commercial proposals.
• Manage IDIQ proposals, prime and subcontractor roles, ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate proposal documents, templates, schedules, and color reviews.
• Maintain quality, timeliness, and professional standards across all volumes.
• Support capture planning and communicate bid strategy with leadership.
• Supervise proposal staff, interview and train team members.
