• Experience managing high‑value proposals and pricing volumes.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to mentor and lead teams in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development center for government and commercial bids.
• Oversee writing, editing, graphics, formatting, pricing, and data call coordination.
• Manage timelines, compliance matrices, and color reviews; coordinate with subcontractors.
• Direct staff and ensure quality, timely submissions and adherence to RFP requirements.
• Participate in capture discussions to understand bid strategy and ensure win themes.
