Sierra Nevada Corporation seeks a Senior Subcontracts Management Specialist to direct the lifecycle of complex subcontracts for specialized materials, equipment, and services. The role requires expert management of bid packages, negotiations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will mentor the subcontract management team, oversee various contract types, and collaborate with cross-functional leadership to ensure alignment with SNC’s strategic objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a related role; degree substitutions allowed.
• If no degree, minimum of 12 years related experience.
• Master-level proficiency in subcontract management.
• FAR Part 15 subcontract experience.
• Cost/Price Analysis experience.
• Expert knowledge of Business System requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Direct development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for highly complex procurements.
• Lead preparation of intricate bid packages and establish stringent evaluation criteria for subcontract proposals.
• Analyze and critically evaluate high-value subcontractor proposals for compliance with technical, financial, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct high-stakes negotiations of subcontract provisions, including terms, price, and schedule, to secure strategic agreements.
• Administer, oversee, and mentor others on a variety of subcontract types and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Monitor, assess, and enhance subcontractor performance to ensure contract terms and deliverables.
• Maintain comprehensive records of subcontract agreements, amendments, and performance metrics.
• Identify, select, and recommend new subcontractors based on evaluation and strategic fit.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to align subcontract management with goals.
