AV is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end proposal development for complex federal solicitations. You will coordinate resources, content development, and reviews to ensure timely, compliant responses.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of federal proposal experience, strong writing skills, and familiarity with FAR/DFAR. A Secret clearance and APMP/PMP certification are a plus. This is a full-time on-site role in Albuquerque, NM.

Qualificações

• Master's Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years in Federal Government proposal development using Shipley or similar process.
• Strong understanding of FAR/DFAR compliance for US Government solicitations.
• Experience in aerospace or defense industry and BD life-cycle.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble resources and matrixed support to develop proposal content and ensure conformance to solicitations.
• Manage multiple large-scale proposals concurrently.
• Mentor and assign tasks to junior proposal managers.
