Job summary

Nammo Defense Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Proposals Manager to lead the end-to-end proposal lifecycle for DoD and international customers. You will coordinate SMEs, drive timelines, and ensure compliant responses to RFPs while guiding pricing and bid strategy.

The role requires 8+ years of relevant experience, strong writing skills, and proficiency with ProPricer. On-site work in the USA with potential travel, and a team of three direct reports.

Qualifications

• This role requires 8+ years of direct working experience with proposals and pricing to the DoD, US Government, and international customers.
• College degree preferred.
• Contracts, contract management, proposal management or experience with FARs is desired.
• Pricing and familiarity with DoD requirements (Rates, ODC, etc.) is desired.
• Excellent experience with Word and Excel is required.
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills are required.
• Experience with ProPricer is desired.
• U.S. Persons status and ability to clear ATF background check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal development process from start to finish with cross-functional teams.
• Review RFPs, identify requirements, and gather input for proposals.
• Create outlines, schedules, and manage development timelines to meet deadlines.
• Write, edit, and proofread proposal content for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate pricing efforts and respond to customer inquiries.
• Perform final QA checks to ensure compliance with submission guidelines.
• Develop and report on proposal metrics and manage budgets.
• Mentor and supervise 3 direct reports and oversee related duties.
