Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in Federal Government proposal management, strategy development, and lifecycle proposal operations.
• Experience supporting DOD and IC acquisitions, including large IDIQ vehicles and enterprise programs.
• Active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal team development and execution for complex, multi-volume solicitations.
• Plan and manage proposal lifecycles, schedules, and compliance reviews.
• Coordinate with capture, business development, contracting, security, and other functions to ensure compliant, compelling proposals.
