Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience writing, editing, and preparing proposals.
• Effective interpersonal, supervisory, oral, and written communication skills.

• Track and search client activity including opportunity postings.
• Manage prequalification efforts for city, state, and federal agencies.
