Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of applicable experience, including 0–2 years of leadership experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the proposal team from concept to client presentation.
• Supervise Estimating Assistants and manage workload, priorities, and schedules.
• Collaborate with estimators, writers, editors, graphic design, and business development.
• Develop templates and timelines for gathering and maintaining company information.
