Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Senior Proposal Marketing Associate to support our Power & Energy practice, coordinating proposals across Central and Eastern time zones. You’ll own strategy, shape narratives, and guide pursuits from positioning through final delivery.

You will collaborate with leaders, PMs, and BD teams to develop win themes, track deadlines, and ensure content quality. AEC industry experience and senior-level leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• AEC marketing experience with proposal/pursuit ownership.
• Experience supporting Power & Energy, electric utility, or renewable energy markets.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for technical content.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of strategic proposals, SOQs, RFQs, RFPs and presentations.
• Own proposal strategy and execution for complex, high-priority opportunities.
• Collaborate with Power & Energy leaders, project managers, and business development teams to craft win themes.
• Mentor and guide junior Proposal Marketing Associates.
• Maintain Power & Energy proposal resources and content.
