Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of sales experience in Oil & Gas or Energy/Power.
• Experience in Engineering, Scheduling, or Estimating.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development to meet booking and margin goals.
• Review customer specs and identify relevant commercial items.
• Prepare and evaluate estimates, plans, and proposal strategies.
• Ensure compliance with RFPs and governing documents.
• Negotiate open items to finalize contracts.
