Job summary

Atlas is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to shape wins on high-value opportunities by uniting technical experts, business leaders, executives, and teaming partners around compelling proposals.

You will lead strategic content development, oversee quality and compliance, mentor proposal staff, and continually improve tools and templates to strengthen Atlas’ pursuit capabilities across public and private clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of proposal management experience in the AEC industry, with leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local procurement processes and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in proposal management tools and familiarity with AEC industry standards.
• Expertise in complex proposal strategies, including alternative delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex and strategic proposals, including design-build and alternative delivery projects.
• Coordinate and lead proposal review meetings and quality assurance sessions.
• Write, edit, and customize proposal content to align with client requirements and branding.
