Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Sr. Analyst for the Proposal and Capture team to support major proposals, coordinating with growth, legal, finance, engineering, and program management to win new business.

You will manage content creation and project management in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment. The role focuses on translating technical narratives and pricing strategies into compelling, compliant proposals, with opportunities to expand to larger deals and oversee end-to-end processes from

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in government or defense contracting.
• Experience with US Government contracting.
• Familiarity with cost accounting, pricing methodologies, and Excel.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into a coherent narrative.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• U.S. Person status with access to export controlled data; willingness for SECRET/TOP SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate daily across technical writing, brief prep, CRM management, pricing, and editing.
• Construct compelling narratives and compliant documents driving Anduril’s business.
• Support Managers and Sr. Managers with stakeholders to pursue opportunities and manage capture, pricing, and outreach.
• Coordinate content development for white papers, product information, quotes, and proposals.
• Develop familiarity with AFS products to accurately represent portfolios in narratives.
• Support process improvement and cross-functional initiatives.
• Build and curate content library of prose, briefs, and graphics for reuse.
• Coordinate with engineering to accurately portray technology in customer-facing materials.
• Set up and maintain deal/proposal infrastructure (Salesforce, Sharepoint, Slack) and coordinate reviews and approvals.
• Collect data for proposals (past performance, resumes, graphics).
• Coordinate with Legal Operations for data collection and consolidation.
