Job summary

Anduril is seeking a Proposal & Capture Manager to join our on-site team, driving major proposals and pricing strategies. You will lead narratives and coordinate with growth, legal, finance, engineering, and program management to win new business.

You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to close deals, craft compelling materials, and support market research and acquisition strategies while navigating a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment. U.S. Person status is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills with the ability to generate large documents on short timelines.
• Familiarity with cost accounting principles, pricing methodologies, and Excel to analyze costs and build pricing models.
• Significant experience with the government acquisitions process.
• Experience building processes where none exist.
• Ability to articulate information clearly and build relationships across the organization.
• Comfort working with design, engineering, program management, supply chain, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal efforts to win new government business and craft narratives conveying Anduril's value proposition.
• Become a subject matter expert in your portfolio and coordinate with stakeholders to pursue opportunities.
• Support capture, pricing, and outreach strategy through proposals and white papers.
• Manage responses to government and customer requests, including quotes and proposals.
• Develop and maintain strategic pricing across products and lines.
• Own the proposal process and drive continuous improvement.
• Curate a content library of prose, briefs, and graphics for reuse.
• Coordinate with engineering to accurately represent technology to customers.
• Monitor opportunities and flag risks to internal stakeholders.
