Brown & Brown is seeking a Senior Proposal Leader to guide the strategy, project management, development, and delivery of complex RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and finalist pursuits across Brown & Brown Retail. You will act as a senior pursuit partner, translating client priorities and internal capabilities into compelling, customer-focused responses.

You will own pursuits from kickoff through closeout, coordinating producers, SMSs, Marketing/Design, Legal, Risk Management, and other contributors.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading complex RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and finalist pursuits.
• Ability to translate client priorities into persuasive responses.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder input.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end development of RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and finalist pursuits.
• Analyze solicitation requirements and client priorities to shape strategy.
• Develop win themes, value propositions, and executive summaries.
• Facilitate kickoff, strategy sessions, reviews, and preparation for finalists.
• Advise stakeholders on approach, structure, and input needs.
• Integrate data into persuasive, compliant narratives.
