Job summary

Ulteig Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Lead Proposal Developer to lead complex RFQ/RFP responses, interviews, and content strategy within the Proposal Department.

You will write, edit, design materials, and guide pursuit teams through the Shipley process with emphasis on client messaging and win themes. You will mentor staff, drive improvements, and help standardize best practices across the department and enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, English, journalism, marketing, graphic design, or related field.
• Strong track record in proposal development and managing complex proposals and interviews.
• Demonstrated writing, editing, proofreading, and graphic design ability with persuasive content.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat; Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; Excel, Teams, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex proposals and interviews from planning through submission and interviews.
• Write, edit, and design persuasive materials with SMEs; translate strategy into content plans.
• Mentor colleagues, review proposals, and drive process improvements across teams.
• Manage content, design layouts, and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements.
