Village Green is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role handles timely work order completion, plumbing and electrical service requests, and apartment turns while delivering friendly, customer-focused service to residents.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge.
• Candidate should have strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Timely completion of work orders and special projects.
• Completion of plumbing and electrical service requests.
• Completion of apartment turns including various tasks such as plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repair.
• Servicing residents in a friendly, customer service-oriented manner.
• Responds to service requests and on-call emergencies as directed, ensuring timely and professional handling.
• Assist in maintaining exterior curb appeal and daily property upkeep.
• Perform housekeeping duties and snow removal as needed.
• Manage pool and pool area maintenance if applicable.
