Article Student Living is seeking a Property Manager in Minneapolis to lead daily operations, leasing, marketing and resident relations.

As the on-site CEO of the community, you will build an outstanding team, manage budgets, report to the Regional Manager, and drive occupancy and resident satisfaction. This full-time role offers a bonus program and opportunities for career growth within our growing student housing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelore2 degree preferred or comparable student housing experience.
• 4+ years in leasing or operations in student housing or property management.
• Strong people management and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site employees to empower them to exceed responsibilities.
• Ensure property-wide performance across HR, accounting, leasing, marketing, maintenance and resident relations.
• Develop renewal and marketing campaigns to meet leasing goals.
• Maintain the property budget and approve expenses that exceed it.
• Lead all turnover activities and processes.
• Oversee security needs with the maintenance team.
