Level 10 Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for the Uptown area of Minneapolis. The role involves leasing, resident relations, and coordinating with maintenance and vendors to optimize property performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience as an Assistant Manager or Leasing Consultant preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide tours to potential residents for leasing
• Keep accurate records of traffic (e-leads, phone, walk-ins)
• Enter traffic data in property management system daily
• Discuss advantages of leasing at the property with prospects
• Ensure models and market-ready apartments are walk-ready
• Communicate service needs to maintenance promptly
• Report market trends and help propose pricing strategies
• Build outreach with local community and employers
• Process rental applications per company standards
• Prepare leases for future residents
• Assist residents with questions, maintenance requests, rent payments
• Maintain a positive customer relations attitude
• Comply with Fair Housing regulations and ordinances
• Understand financial goals and assist in budgeting
• Report monthly variances and narratives
• Ensure rents are collected and bank deposits are posted
• Prepare legal documents per guidelines
• Coordinate vendor communications and invoices
• Submit AP invoices to corporate for payment
• Handle petty cash and other duties as directed
