Job summary

Fitch Irick Corporation is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst in Charlotte, NC who will drive financial visibility, operational performance, and decision support across the property management portfolio.

The role requires advanced analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency with Yardi Voyager, Excel, and Power BI. Travel across the portfolio is expected for site visits and implementation work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; strong analytical background preferred.
• Approximately 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, property management, business or financial analysis, process improvement, project management, or a related field
• Experience with multi-site real estate operations and financial reporting.
• Strong ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze property and portfolio financial performance, including NOI, budget variances, forecasts, and historical results.
• Analyze revenue and expense variances and identify operational drivers.
• Support budgeting and reforecasting via trend analysis and benchmarking.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into KPIs and trends.
• Lead or support cross‑functional projects from planning through implementation and measurement.
• Partner with IT and Finance to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
