Job summary

Arcan Capital, LLC. is seeking a Real Estate Operations Analyst to support the Property Manager, onsite team, and Asset Management by ensuring operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and consistent execution across properties.

The role blends hands-on administrative and operational support with portfolio reporting and financial execution. You will work across leasing, resident relations, inspections, collections, and vendor coordination while maintaining reporting accuracy and adherence to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of property management, leasing, customer service, administrative support, hospitality, or related field.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong analytical, financial, and operational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of Word and Outlook; ability to learn Yardi and other systems.
• Working knowledge of AP/AR processes and basic financial reporting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently as well as in a team.
• Willingness to travel and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager and onsite team with daily property operations, including leasing activities and tours.
• Provide professional customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and team members.
• Assist with property inspections, reporting maintenance or appearance concerns.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and unit turnover/make-ready processes.
• Support rent collection and delinquency tracking with onsite teams.
• Assist with AP/AR workflows, including invoice review and ledger corrections.
• Maintain resident files and lease documents in Yardi and related systems.
• Assist with vendor coordination and documentation.
• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly operational and financial reports.
• Monitor property performance metrics and propose improvements.
