Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Property Manager to lead a multifamily community on-site, driving operations, leasing, and resident satisfaction. You will manage on-site teams, budgets, and vendor relationships to deliver exceptional living experiences.

You will own the numbers and the culture, ensuring occupancy and revenue targets are met while maintaining high service standards and a strong community presence.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 4 years of residential property management experience with at least 2 years supervising two or more employees.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations including leasing, resident relations, work orders, and vendor coordination.
• Hire, train, and schedule on-site leasing and maintenance teams; cultivate a positive culture.
• Promote the property with marketing partners to attract residents and renew leases.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and ensure rent collection.
• Serve as the go-to contact for the community, resolve concerns, and welcome new residents.
